Booking and cancellation policy

Booking

You can book online at any time. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as you see the confirmation screen, and a confirmation email follows. Nothing is charged online; you pay at the salon.

Changes and cancellations

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling. Late cancellations and missed appointments keep another client from that time.

Running late

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call. I will do everything I can, but I may need to shorten the service or move it so the next client is not kept waiting.
